We provide apartment unit, condo unit, and single-family-home cleaning services for our existing property management clients.

Our single-unit cleaning services range from simple cleanings to ensure your vacant unit is cleaned, sanitized, and ready for a new tenant’s move-in, to deep-cleaning services for units left in less-than-desirable shape by your previous resident.

Our team is trained to document the condition of units/homes upon entry, and because we understand the security deposit return process, we provide photos of the unit’s condition along with simple and easy-to-read invoices, so you can easily reference areas that may need to be deducted from security deposits.
